At Cowamel, we take immense pride in the jars we simmer and seal. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches by Chef Pete and Silvana, we want you to be just as excited to eat them as we are to make them.

Our Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

  • Damaged Goods: If your glass jars arrive broken or leaking, take a photo immediately and send it to us at [Insert Email]. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
  • Taste & Quality: If the flavor isn't what you expected, reach out to us. As a small, family-run business, we handle these on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a one-time refund or a store credit for a different flavor.

The "Fine Print" (To Protect the Kitchen)
To keep things fair for everyone and prevent abuse of our small-batch process, we reserve the right to the following:

  • No Physical Returns: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food items once they have left our facility. Please do not ship jars back to us.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect a pattern of "system abuse" (e.g., multiple refund requests across several orders).

How to Start a Request
Simply email info@cowamel.com with your Order Number and a brief note about the issue. We’re humans, not a giant corporation; we’ll listen and do our best to make it right.
